Pan Pacific Singapore presents a coveted collection of limited edition mooncakes in eight flavours filled with nutritious ingredients.
Indulge in the culinary expertise of the Executive and Master Chefs from the hotel's restaurants, including Executive Chef Joseph Martin of Global Kitchen, Pastry Chef Philip Lee of Atrium Deli, Master Chef Lai Tong Ping of Hai Tien Lo Cantonese Restaurant, Master Chef Hiroshi Ishii of Keyaki Japanese Restaurant, Executive Sous Chef Vinod Kumar of Rang Mahal Indian Restaurant and Executive Chef Dennis Sim of Zambuca Italian Restaurant.
The boutique collection is available only to diners at the hotel's restaurants for $48* per box.

Executive Chef Joseph Martin joins Pan Pacific Singapore
The hotel is delighted to welcome Executive Chef Joseph Martin to the Culinary team. British-born Chef Martin will focus on the hotel's signature restaurant, Global Kitchen, in addition to managing the hotel's overall culinary operations.
Chef Martin's wealth of experience includes Hotel Martinez in France which boasts two Michelin stars and the Dorchester Hotel in London. He also ran his own restaurant in Melbourne for two years, earning recognition by winning Best Chef and Best Newcomer awards.
