Bridge Update

Street lights are being installed from the Brighton end.  The light poles bend at the top at a 45 degree angle which  I assume to stop the pelicans from resting on them.

Fishing Platform have had some of the railings installed but this seems to be progressing slowly.


Did you know?

The Ningy Ningy were known as the Red Ochre People because of the iron-rich red cliffs of the Peninsula.  They called the cliffs "Kuin Kuin".  In 1799, after spotting the same cliffs, Matthew Flinders named the region Red Cliff Point.

Redcliffe Museum is home to the table upon which Australia's Constitution was drafted.  Redcliffe Museum is located 75 Anzac Ave, Redcliffe.
