The Australian Open of Surfing

Hurley has joined forces with Events NSW on behalf of the New South Wales Government to hold this global event for Sydney, the Australian Open of Surfing, sanctioned by the Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP).

Super Sales Start to 2014

More happy home owners for the start of 2014

During the campaign the team worked their buyer database and combined with a highly visual internet marketing campaign, generated 58 inspections over 2 weeks.

The result:
With the massive amount of buyer interest generated during the campaign, by the second week 3 separate offers had been generated starting at $1,500,000. With further negotiation by Jason Guildea with all parties and the price rising quite considerably, the owner accepted a final offer of $1,600,000 that was presented as a cheque for the 10% deposit and a signed buyer sales contract. The owners were delighted.
