Please help us in welcoming our new Receptionist Vanessa Nott. Vanessa has extensive experience in Administration and is looking forward to a new challenge in the Property arena after galavanting around Europe and United Kingdom for 3 months.
Vanessa has an eye for detail and will be assisting Carol Robertson in Strata Management as well as being the friendly face and voice of Reception. Vanessa looks forward to meeting you next time you are in the office.

Exmouth Boat Harbour upgrade
Exmouth Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ExCCI) has been urging the Department of Transport to upgrade the local harbour and boat pens.
The Exmouth Boat Harbour is now the third largest in the state under the control of the Department of Transport and late last year an ExCCI working group was established to advise the DoT on the future requirements for the harbour by major stake holders.

Rio Tinto Daily FIFO from Exmouth
Rio Tinto in a presentation to Exmouth Shire Councillors and key local stakeholders by senior Rio Tinto project manager Jacques Landyut explained how the first daily FIFO would operate between Exmouth and a new mine site under construction in the east Pilbara. The arrangements have been made after 3 months of discussion and consultation involving the Exmouth Shire, local police, the hospital, airlines and various Exmouth stakeholders.

City to Surf 2012

Another great team day was had by all at the annual City to Surf.
I am pleased to say that Richard and Matt completed the 21kms again this year with all staff, clients, family and friends competing in one of the divisions.
If you didn't manage to come to the BBQ this year make sure you pencil it in for next year as it is a great family day out.
